Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Facilities Contract Manager to join our team. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, procurement, administration, and closeout of Airport Facilities Maintenance contracts such as fire sprinklers, HVAC etc.
  • Develop and maintain contract records, tracking contract scope, costs, schedules, deliverables, and status.
  • Prepare contract status reports, forecasts, payment tracking, and other management reports.
  • Coordinate with Facilities staff and stakeholders to identify maintenance needs, upcoming contract requirements, and contract expirations.
  • Develop scopes of work, technical specifications, and procurement documents for facilities maintenance contracts.
  • Support procurement activities, including contractor outreach, site walks, bid/proposal evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
  • Create, manage, and modify Contract Service Orders (CSOs) for as-needed maintenance contracts.
  • Review and process contractor invoices and coordinate resolution of payment and contract-related issues.
  • Track contract claims, outstanding items, deliverables, warranties, and closeout requirements.
  • Coordinate contract meetings, document action items, and communicate status and issues to Facilities leadership.
  • Support cost estimating, budget development, quality assurance/quality control reviews, market research, and other Facilities Maintenance program needs.
  • Ensure contract activities comply with applicable Airport, City, FAA, and regulatory requirements.
 
  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience relating to job.
    • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in facilities maintenance and coordination with stakeholders
    • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft 360, Excel, Adobe
    • Professional certifications.
