Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing civil engineering drawings, plans, and design documents for infrastructure and construction projects.
• Support the design of grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, and site development plans under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to develop and update design drawings.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate with project team members to ensure design accuracy and timely project delivery.
• Review project specifications, codes, and standards to support compliant designs.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, permit applications, and construction documents.
• Participate in site visits and field inspections to collect data and support project execution.
• Address design revisions and assist with resolving construction-related issues.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and contractors as needed.
• Support senior engineers and project managers with daily project tasks and coordination activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Three(3) years of professional experience 
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
• Valid California Driver’s License
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available)
